Cancellation policy
Up to September 15, 2026: Cancellations entail reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee (refunds will be made after the end of the conference). From this date, cancellations/refunds will not be possible.
Cancellations and changes of name must be made in writing and be communicated to the Technical Secretariat, at the following e-mail address: congresos@betweencongresos.com
